How It Works
1. Apply to Be a Mentor or Mentee
– Fill out a brief interest form and tell us your goals.
2. We Match You Prayerfully
– Based on industry, experience, interests, and availability.
3. Meet, Share, Grow
– Mentorship lasts 3 to 6 months with flexible meeting schedules (virtual or in-person).
4. Stay Connected
– Mentors and mentees are encouraged to continue the relationship informally even after the formal program ends.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
1. Who is eligible to become a mentor?
Any alumnus/alumna with at least 3 years of professional or entrepreneurial experience and a willingness to guide younger alumni or students is welcome to apply. We welcome mentors from all fields and industries.
2. Who can sign up as a mentee?
Mentees must be either final-year students or alumni who graduated within the last 5 years. If you’re seeking career guidance, industry insights, or leadership development, this program is for you.
3. How are mentors and mentees matched?
We match participants based on shared interests, professional goals, areas of expertise, and availability. We also consider preferences for communication style (e.g. virtual or in-person).
4. How long does the mentorship relationship last?
Each formal mentorship cycle runs for 3 to 6 months. Mentors and mentees are free to extend the relationship beyond this period informally if they wish.
5. What kind of commitment is expected?
We recommend meeting at least once a month (virtually or in person). A total of 4–6 sessions is ideal, but flexibility is encouraged to fit your schedules.
6. Is there any cost involved?
No. The mentorship program is completely free for both mentors and mentees. It is part of the Alumni Association’s commitment to empowering members.
7. What topics are usually discussed during mentorship?
Conversations may cover:
- Career guidance and transitions
- Industry insights and skill-building
- Leadership development
- Entrepreneurship and business strategy
- Life balance, purpose, and goal-setting
Mentors and mentees are encouraged to set clear expectations and define focus areas early in their relationship.
